PRE-entry till July 31 2008:
Costs for participation in all World Championship races together is € 45,- p.p.
(veterans, seniors, juniors and cadets).
(Athletes traveling from outside the European continent can take part without costs).

Payment is including: Breakfast, pasta meals, event-shirt, event-souvenir, and use of showers and sportmassage. If you take part in races and facililties just for 1 day then you pay € 25, - p.p. (for 2 days it stays € 45, - p.p.).

Supporters / accompanies can also make use of same facilities and pay same costs.

LATE-entry from August 1 till August 10, 2008:
Cost for LATE entry is 10, € p.p. more
After August 10 it is not possible to entry anymore (also not for supporting people).


Fun, Kids, pupils* and prominenten categories can take part free of costs!
They receive a rememberance, can use facilities, but can not take part in meals and breakfast.
When pupils do want to take part in pasta meals and breakfast, and receive a shirt then they pay € 35,- p.p. for 3 days or € 15,- for 1 day. (for 2 days it stays € 35, - p.p.).
(LATE entry is € 10,- p.p. more expensive).

Free overnighting
We offer free overnighting in a gym Hanzehall in a School building in Kampen.
Bring your own mattress and sleeping bag with you. Overnighting is 'an group' in a gym hall in Kampen (not far from race trackss. Location is 1,5 km from race track. Addres School: Rondweg 1, Kampen.

If you arrive on August 14th or later then first go to race location entry table inside de Reeve building at (Horstingel 1, Kampen).

Camper facilities
The races on first 2 days will take place right next to the official parking for campers in Kampen. This site also has it's own shower room and electricity. This is located next to the athletic hall "De Reeve" | Location.

Camping and bike huts
We offer free accommodation in the athletic hall, but if you you want to sleep relaxed in your own tent or caravan, you can choose for a camping. Nearest camping is located 2 km from the centre of the city of Kampen: Camping Seveningen. Many atletes have booked there. This camping has also some logies and bike huts available. They speak English and German.

The camp is beautyfull located in a green area and close to the city. Reservations can be made directly to the camp site. Cost are obviously for your own account.

B&B
Kampen has bed & breakfast possibilities and a few hotels. Visit www.vvvkampen.nl and click on "overnachten". All locations speak English. The contact of 'BedinKampen' speaks also Spanish and French.

Bungalow (outside kampen)
20 minutes car drive from Kampen there is a bungalow park in the woods of the town Hattem. It's alternative for families who don't want to camp or can not find a right overnighting in Kampen. Leemkule also rents cottages.
